Sorry but we don't have an on-line automatic ordering system. This is because we want to talk to you and make sure you get the right part first time!!
PAYMENT. We accept cheques, credit cards and debit cards. Cheques should be made payable to MAW Solutions Ltd. No card payment will be taken until the order is ready for despatch (unless it's a special order item) but cheques will be banked beforehand so that payment is confirmed before despatch.
CREDIT CARDS. We take VISA and MASTERCARD, SWITCH/MAESTRO and DELTA for telephone orders. For your own security, please do not send your credit card details by email.
DELIVERY is by courier service and is normally made the next working day following despatch. There can be a lead time between order and despatch if the items are not in stock at the time of order. We will advise you if this is the case. Non refundable deposits may be required for items that are not routinely stocked.
We will always advise you when the goods will be despatched, and you will normally receive them the next working day. ALL GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR TO CONFIRM RECEIPT AND UNDAMAGED CONDITION.
